Warranty

We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods. That’s why every item is guaranteed against material failures, workmanship failures, and manufacturer defects for its lifetime.

A product lifetime is defined as the length of time, through normal use, after which the item can no longer function as intended. 

We cannot guarantee against accidents or damage incurred as a result of repairs, modifications, or alterations done by a third party. Additionally, excessive wear and tear, animal damage, abuse, or misuse of a product is not covered. 

A repaired item can never look brand new, the damage and resulting repair shows each item’s unique story. Repairs will always prioritize function over aesthetic appeal. Colors and materials may vary depending on the age and use of the item. 

To initiate a repair, please complete the form below and we will reach out with next steps. Please be prepared to provide photos of the damage as well as proof of purchase for initial assessment. Every case is unique but once reviewed, your claim will be classified into one of the following outcomes:

Repair
The item appears repairable and covered under warranty. We will issue a return label, complete the repair, and return your item free of charge.

Irreparable
The product does not appear repairable but is covered under warranty. You may be eligible for a replacement, we will provide further options via email.

Paid Repair
The item is repairable yet not covered under warranty. You may keep the item or have us complete the repair at your own expense (including shipping).

End of Life
The product is not repairable, nor is it covered under warranty. Select items may be eligible for a gift card equivalent to the value of salvageable fabric and hardware.

All items will be reviewed upon receipt. This could result in a reclassification if the damage wasn’t evident in the initial photos. Any change from the initial assessment will be discussed via email.

All items sent in for repair or buy back must be clean and empty. Dirty or soiled items will be returned and your claim will be denied. We are not responsible for personal items left in items due to be repaired. 

Factory seconds are sold as-is, without warranty.
