Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
In-stock, ready to ship items are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of high order volume or supply chain delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Preorder items will ship in 6-8 weeks after the order has been placed.We are unable to change shipping methods after your order has been placed. If you have placed multiple orders and would like to combine them, please email care@blusupply.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer $5 flat rate, standard shipping with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally.
Damages and Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We are not liable for any packages damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with damaged packaging, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
